Getting started
Set up your shop
The path from a new account to a shop that can take a booking, and what each step needs before the next one works.
Updated
This page is the shortest route from a new account to a shop that can take a real booking, in the order the steps have to happen.
Signing up creates two things at once: the shop itself, and your account as its first administrator. That account belongs to that shop only. If you later open a second shop, it gets its own account with its own sign-in, and one shop cannot see the other.
- Open the pricing page and choose a plan. Free covers one staff member, fifty bookings a month, twenty products and one location; Studio removes those limits.
- Select Create your shop and complete the signup form with your business name, your email and a password.
- Confirm the email that arrives, then sign in. You land on the Dashboard.
- Open Settings in the left navigation and fill in General first — business name, currency, time zone. Everything that shows a price or a time reads from these.
- Add what you sell. For appointment work, go to Bookings then Services. For retail, go to Products.
- Add your team under Bookings then Staff, and give each person the hours they actually work.
- Connect a payment provider in Settings, then Payment, so a booking or an order can be paid for.
- Open Bookings then Booking Config and check the hours your shop accepts bookings. A service with no staff hours behind it shows no available slots.

If you sell in more than one language, the storefront can serve both from the same catalogue — the language is a property of the shop, not a second shop. Set it once the catalogue exists, because translating names before the products are right means translating them twice.
If a step fails, the reason is almost always the step before it: no staff hours means no slots, no payment provider means no way to pay, no currency means no price can be shown. Work backwards one screen at a time rather than re-entering data.
